Trans Union and Unrated

    I would like any info on what "Unrated" means on a TU report?

    Believe it or not, I called TU and asked a rep what it meant and the answer she gave me almost "floored" me. Paraphrasing she said that Unrated means that the creditor didn't know how to rate the account?????

    I think there is a lot of ammo to work with here?

    Any suggestions

    TU will show a account unrated if it is new without a high credit limit showing.

    These accounts of mine are actually old 5+ years with histories.
