I disputed my inquiries on Trans Union online and I printed out the confirmation. I called today and they do not show any investigation in progress, The rep told me to fax her a copy of my confirmation. What should I do? Do I fax it to her or not?

It has been almost a month. I never received a
letter from them stating they do not remove inquiries. Do you think they will remove them with the proof of the confirmation I printed out.?

    Nobody know except them...

I disputed the "HARD" from my insurance company...I told them I applied for no credit card or loan, and that the bill is paid in full before coverage starts...TRANS UNION DECIDED THAT THEY HAD A "PERMISSABLE PURPOSE"...I CAN'T DISPUTE THAT!!!

    Dear Nipper,

I think this situation is tricky since they want the cr. If you send them the whole tradeline they probably will notice that you have lates that are not reported and the fix that too. Lose 3 gain 2 :(

Try writing a detailed letter giving them ALL the information on the report that you are disputing. Exact dates and everything. Tell them your just not comfortable with sending them your report. Mayeb that'll work.

    Keep us posted,

Actually, what they want me to send is the confirmation page showing what I have disputed. I have that page printed out.
