Hey everyone, I been doing a bit of reasearch on why Trans Union would label one of my accounts as "Unrated or Bankruptcy" well the report that I pulled which show's the account listed as above was from www.myfico.com . =( Today I pulled my credit report directly from www.transunion.com like always, not with the FICO score, just my report by it's self and the account is listed as it should be, with no adverse information. Just show's the account as "UNRATED" which is how it has always been, since the mortgage was sold and transfered within thirty days. Can I sue them for Defamation, because it doesn't look like Trans Union is giving them this info.
