Hi All, Three weeks ago I sent in several disputes to all three of the credit bureaus. Trans Union is the only one that has gotten back to me so far. They said they are contacting my creditors and are trying to verify the information. The key word here I think is trying. One of these disputes is set to go off sometime next year; two other ones are two years away. One company I donâ??t even think exists anymore. What has been everyone elseâ??s success with this? Do you think I have a good chance of getting them deleted? Regards, Tincup
Hi, Before I started everything I found my state's SOL and saw that they couldn't bother me, and I started plugging away with disputing. If your accounts are old, they will probably not be able to find anything and then delete them. I sent my disputes where they had to be signed for, and then sat back and waited the 30 days. It wasn't easy, but it can be done I wish you luck.......
I have to say TU has been the best so far in deleting information quickly. I am having a small battle with the last neg trade line but over all I have had at least 5 things deleted in 5 months.
