Help, I got a reinvestigation result from Trans Union dated 12/08/2001. I had some problem with my Ford Motor Credit account was disputing it. I had contacted FMC and got my ducks in a row with them first before I disputed with TU. TU had me down as 9x30 2x60 as 11/21/01, my reinvestigation came back new information below, status as of 10/01 pays as agreed, verified 2x30 in 46 months. Not perfect, but I was really 2x30 so it is "technically" correct. 1/8/2002 I ordered my online report and bamâ?¦ status as of 11/2001 pays as agreed verified 1x60 and 9x30 in 48 months. WTF. What, who, howâ?¦ I can't thinkâ?¦ I don't know where to start. Help.
This is probably FMC doing this. They faxed an update to the cra but failed to change it in their internal records that go to the cra via tape. Call FMC again and raise hell. Tell them to get it right. This happened to me with wells fargo and it was well fargo screwing it up constantly.
