I know you filed on Exp, but did you file yet on TU? Wondering if this is their response to a letter, or lawsuit?
If it was just a letter, GREAT, and congrats! Nail 'em with the suit and get the last one off.
BTW, received word on my suit against Exp today. Entry deleted!!! Checked my Credit Expert account, and it's gone, gone, gone! It worked! Never even had a conversation with them.

Congrats on everything yesterday. To answer your question, this was in response to a letter sent via planetfeedback, a second letter I sent and a copy I sent certified. I at first received a standard form letter. Then I received last weeks letter that we all know about...lol. After I received the letter I called TU but didn't speak to the person who sent it. He then emailed me. So, that in a nutshell is what happened.
As far as Exp. goes, I haven't heard a thing yet.
LKH - I also posted msgs to all 3 CRA's on PFB but never got any word.. just a standard response. Actually, I did receive email but it outlined the procedures on doing disputes..
