Not that I know of Kelly. I too had some problems after I deleted my account, actually one time I put wrong former address and the other time I did everything right but still couldn't get in I eventually was able but it took several tries. Good Luck Mom
There is a phone number you can call. It is on the web page. They have pretty decent customer service and will help you re-set the account.
