Isn't it amazing how you get the updated copy in the mail on the 31st day. This has happened to me at least three times. NOW, this is my problem: I disputed my only negative item. They sent me my results and said "new information below". This is the second time I have gotten this response. After first dispute it said this, I then wrote back and said "this item appears as it did before, update or delete. Now I get it back again for the second time THE SAME. This account will stay on my report until 2004. I already sent a letter from the creditor stating that it was sold along with my disputes. What should I write this time or should I let it go?
