Transfered to another lender question?

    When the OC reports transfered to another lender, is the CRA required to delete the selling lenders(OC) info from the CRA report?

    The purchasing lender isnt reporting to the CRA.

    Anyone have one deleted for transfered or sold?

    It can reported transferred/sold, but must show a zero balance.

    It said sold/transfered.
    I disputed.
    They updated to zero balance and noted "consumer disputes account"
    They will not reply to my DV request.
    Thanks for the info. Any further action I can take?
