Does anyone know which credit card companies allow you to transfer credit limits from one card to another? I have several Citibank cards and was able to transfer the 7K limit from one card to another. I tried to do the same thing with Discovercard and they wouldn't allow it. Has anyone had any success in doing this with Chase, First USA, CapitalOne, and MBNA?
