Hi all- Just got off the phone with Transunion and here is the fax number that you would fax disputes to : Attention CCD Fax number :610-546-4605 and include name, address and s.s number. I also told the rep that I had been disputing the same information that they "claim" is being verified with the other 2 CRA's and that I was going to fax a copy of my equifax report over to show that they are deleting the information that is inaccurate on my report. I also told her that I knew that as apart of my rights that I could fax this information to them and they had to comply. So I will let you know the outcome. Quick ?, does anyone have credit expert and try to dispute something that they have "verified" and it won't let you investigate online, How do I get around that ? My longest post ever
what did the woman say? I faxed over something similar last night to TU regarding TU verifying when EQU deletes! (I faxed to that same number) let me know the outcome, so far nothing has happened on worthNOTknowing.com
That makes me wonder. I recently disputed some accounts with EX, came back "remains". But when I go online to redispute them, they still show up like any other report. My question is: Do you get some error message when you try to submit the dispute or do the accounts no longer show up (or show up flagged) on the dispute form screen? Just wondering why they did not do that to me or did I just not go far enough.
no the message just says that they have investigated this item and they are not going to re-dispute you can send the request in writing.....blah..blah...blah...blah jibber bab
