I just called and had 4 more deletions with NO score increase. The stupid hag on the phone tried to tell me sometimes it can take 14 positives or 10 deletions to get an increase in score. I have NEVER seen such incompetent rude people in my life. If it takes 10 deletions to get an increase, then I would have NO report left. I guess she thinks a blank report would be 700 points. Geeeeeeez. I said just send me a new report and score in the mail, because I seriously doubt you know what you're talking about. She said is there anything else you need? I say "no" CLICK!!!

It really makes you wonder what kind of people they hire to handle one of our most important things, credit. Are they high school dropouts or what?

I can understand some people are just STUPID, but they could be somewhat nice to ya :) She was such a witch!! Somewhere in that conversation she mentioned "you still have several disputes pending". I said I know, I was a victim of identity theft or mistaken identity, not my fault. She can KMA!!!

I agree that TU employs a bunch of idiots! Last week, I pulled my TU report online...verified my identity & everything. This week, I TRIED to pull it again, using the same exact verification information as before. But this time I was BLOCKED! I was forced to have to order an updated report online and have it sent to me by snail mail. What kind of company is this anyway? It really is no wonder why these CRA's mess up so many people's files. We need to get a class action lawsuit against them or something. This is ridiculous.

Calmest_LA: TU doesn't allow online view during pending disputes.

Christi: my latest TU report arrived, but my score hasn't improved either!

They now correctly report a $0 balance for the Summit loan that was transferred to Fleet upon merging, but the #1 adverse reason code remains "Too many accounts with a balance".

02/04/02 is the deadline for premier auto finance to respond about the 30-day late. I don't know why it's taking TU so long to verify when EX & EQ did it within a week!

Hopefully the updated report after 2/4 will show the $0 balance for Fleet as well.
