Sunday morning I discovered that my TU credit file was empty. The only thing on there was my name and address. When I contacted TU the following day, I was told that they was a glitch and a small number of customers were affected. They forwarded my info so they can fix the problem but they couldn't tell me when it would be fixed. Did anyone else here get affected?
TU has had these issues in the past, it seems to happen on a regular basis also! Not sure what's up with their systems, but it seems they have a chronic problem. I'm sure it will come back up correctly, give it a day or two.
