    Hi everyone,


    I had an issue with American Agencies reaging a collection account on my Trans Union report. I emailed this guy named Don Richman and the guy actually answered me back (go figure) anyway he is going to look into my matter and get right back to me.

    Has anyone else here had any luck dealing with this guy?

    do a search on "don richman"
    lots of members have interfaced with him

    Yes, I e-mailed Mr. Richman on August 7th and he replied within one hour. He got back to me again on the 9th and fixed the problem on my report. Talk about fast! I was definitely impressed.

    I also had a satisfactory resolution from Mr. R. My
    MIA account was finally reinserted (although strangely it had zero impact on my score :( Not Mr.
    Richman's fault though. He came through for me.

    I think he is great.
