I think it is. Some people have said it has shown up as a hard inquiry though. But, I don't know, I'm locked out of TU and I think I will have a lender pull my report rather than to get it off their website. I don't trust them.
I thought I read somewhere on this board that the TU pulled from eLoan wasn't real, but actually was lower than the real FICO. Not sure if this applys to your question....
Eloan is not the real score but the TU Fico you can order for $12.95 is. I just had a tri-merge from my mortgage broker pulled yesterday and it was exactly the same just like the Equifax score. Suprisingly my Experian score was only off by 1 from the CreditExpert score. Real scores XPN 664 EFX 748 TUC 622 Eloan 636 TU ( fake) 548 TU (fico) 622 Creditexpert 663 Credit watch 748 Kara
OK good! I wanted to do a before and after the last collection to see the difference. Of course I hated paying the 12.95 but it is very interesting to me. There is a big difference (see below) in the score that TU gives free on their site then the FICO that they gave us. I can not wait to see what the score moves to after the collection is removed.
