Today I check TU with Privacy guard and I have nothing listed in that file. Do they update on Saturday. I know I disputed some things but my entire file. Today I also noticed that they now have my year of birth wrong. I dont want to get my hopes up but I wish it would stay like this.
Sounds like the file split due to length and the majority of it merged with someone's else's file. I am in the middle of getting this kind of mess cleaned up on my TU file. I am at 45 days now. Definately not any fun!

So far not good. I faxed an ITS to them and got a form letter asking for ss# and other id. It is a little late for that! They have already sent me the complete cr of a person in California that they ended up merging my file with. I am going to make one last attempt to work with them and then I will file suit. If I have to file I will want my expenses covered.
