I gave them until next monday to fix my account. this company is ridiculous and arrogant. I put a dispute online on july 20. When it never hit I called and the first lady said I had called and cancelled it. Wrong. The second lady told me I had never put in the dispute. The third one stated I had already disputed a month earlier and the computer must have declined it. I must have idiot stamped on my forehead. Now they are saying they will put it in starting yesterday but I am not buying it. Lawsuit here I come unless they remove all negatives from it. nancy
Did you send CRRR? and do you have proof of signed receipt? If so I would treat it as if your dispute was started on that date...if you have heard nothing 30 days from the date of dispute (which it appears you have not), I would assume they could NOT verify...I would send letters to TU to delete immediately or show up in court. Give them 5 days to delete or you will file suit. -Peace, Dave
I disputed with their online service and I printed out the pages so I knew the date I started it. Little did I know those pages would be sorely needed. I do not want their stupid money. I just wanted the tradeline changed. Once again I will never know why they go to such trouble to harrass, lie, and cheat us and risk these large lawsuits they seem to attract.
