    Signed up both self and spouse at TU online 3/5

    Immediately unable to get in on his account, nor can we resignup as his ss# is now "already in the system" They offer to mail him one in 5 days only after I call and insist and forge through the stupid phone system that INSISTS you MUST have a "file number" from your credit report order to talk to someone. So if they just took your $12.95 and gave you NOTHING in return perhaps they feel they don't have to speak at all?

    Meanwhile on my own I am unable to log back in using my registered name and password. Cannot find any number that deals with this and am instructed REPEATEDLY by TU phone rep to "email them from the website"

    The response to this email? A canned email response instructing me to LOG ON for question status!!!

    Get that -- I have a log on problem and the SOLUTION according to TU is that I should LOG ON to find the solution!!!

    Are these people for REAL?

    So oncce again I am in some seventh level of Hell where circular logic makes perfect sense ...

    In your husband's case the screens actually point out they won't process the charge and that it is a 7 day lockout from any online report. That said the worthknowing.com site uses TU for their info.

    I am in EXACTLY the same predicament.

    Signed up online, $38.95 option.

    Tried to access account - BLOCKED. HAWK_ALERT.

    I have gone round and round with them knuckleheads - and have no satisfaction.

    They are complete BRAIN DEAD ZOMBIE TOADS with SMALL BATTERIES FOR HEARTS.

    Ribbit.

    If I were violent, I would probably do violent things.

    If I were crazy, I probably would do crazy things.

    But, in the end, I consider myself reasonably intelligent. I will do, therefore, intelligent things. I will seek to find as many violations of this pain the the rear CRA as I can, and then take their silly arses to court.

    Yup.

    Ummm, realize the people you talk to are $7.00 an hour employees in a call center. Don't take your aggression out on them. Now the company and the system, that is another matter. :)
