Ok I put in a dispute a month ago and for some reason they canceled it. I faxed proof of the date of the dispute last week like they requested and they only have it noted that I was going to send it in. The lady said it would take 3-5 business days to get it and process. That amount of days would take it past the 30 days they have to complete their investigation. Would anyone have the phone # to their legal department? I want all the bad notation removed from the credit card(5 year old card) that says settled. I sent proof it was listed incorrectly. Now I just need to call them and ask if they would like to change it or face 2 violations of the FCRA. I want to be somewhat careful because if they put me in priority again I am gonna scream.
