I called about a dispute and since i had the little on the line asked about CA's reporting to them if we disputed an account with them.. The lady said they do not have to report that info to the CRA's is this right?? from what ive read on this site i was under the impression that if you disputed an acount with the CA that they had to report to the CRA that i disputed there account??
You are correct!!! The average rep. does not have a clue about the law. And this one does not know what he/she is talking about. That's why you should communicate only in writing. Talking to these people with their lack of knowledge can drive you crazy.
