I called TU today to make sure they received my disputes from Junum. The rep said she couldn't help me because my file is in a different department because I am using a lawyer for my disputes. When I asked to be transferred to that department, I was told they are currently closed and I would have to call back tomorrow. Then she questioned me as to whether I was an attorney or if I was using an attorney.

What does this mean to the rest of us. Are all of us who use Junum, now going to be flaged and there going to write off our disputes as frivouls?? I wonder if I should quit Junum. Just to save myself a lot of trouble down the road.

Even IF you were using a lawyer, I don't find anything in the FCRA that allows them to refuse to speak to you.

I'm going to let the results speak for themselves..if progress continues to be made, then TU can think whatever they want and I'm going to relax and watch....... if not, I'll contact Junum, my mom, the man on the corner, and every single person I know to ask why I wasn't provided my rights. LOL

    Me, myself and I Inc.

If they asked me if I was an attorney, I'd tell them no.

If they asked me if I were using an attorney, I think I would be awfully tempted to reply with:

Yeah, Me, Myself and I inc.

    LOL
