Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: TransUnion, WTF is you can, and you did...in your initial letter, right? the 30 days is from the first letter. TELL THEM THAT IN THIS NEXT LETTER. GET IT TO THEM ASAP. (not yelling at you, just stressing the importance.) good luck.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: TransUnion, WTF is Thanks so much I did state in the letter that it was inappropriate that they think I used a CA to dipute some stuff on my CF that pissed me off and I ask them to read the letter this time and not just glance at it. I hope it works should I keep track of this and if they do not respond shoulf I mail them a leter stating that they never responded and they need to delete items that were not satisfied....Does that make sense?????? Thanks 4 the advice
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: TransUnion, WTF is ACTUALLY, once you send them that new letter you have supplied them new information, and thats that you havent used a 3rd party agency. Sending them anything denying anything they claimed in their response is new info, and they'll get their 15 day extention.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: TransUnion, WTF is Its time we trained the terriorsts to stop hurting us little people and go after the CRA's.
