I asked this question before but got no response. Anyone heard of Travel Card International, or Travelcard International? They've called me on the phone saying I had applied for their card or was approved, couldn't understand them very well. Anyway, I said I wasn't interested when they said there was a one time fee and it didn't matter what kind of credit history you had. Even though I said I wasn't interested, they called me the next day.
