I applied Citibank Travelocity Master Card on oct.16 and got a message "You will recevie our decision in two to four weeks".I made a balance transer from First USA while I filled out the applicaton.Today I checked my First USA account and found Citibank already made the BF,the BF was posted on Oct.20,Citibank really amazed me.
