travelocity mastercard-online

    Did anyone get approved for the travelocity card who got this message: "we are unable to process your application at this time, we will notify you by mail as to the results of the credit application process"?

    I've heard nothing and it's been about two weeks. I called and they told me that they had nothing on file for me. I tried to re-apply and I got a message that said that my application had already been received and was being processed. I don't know what is going on.

    Same story here. Yesterday, I called customer service and they have no record of me in their system. This is frustrating. I wish I knew what was up. The rep with whom I spoke said that every effor up. It would be nice to at least have a clue. Also, the rep with whom I spoke said that every effort was being made to expedite applications for the Travelocity card.

    Please, if anyone receives additional info, let us know.
