Am paying Cap 1 for over 14 mos. thru CCC. Have not missed a payment. Money is sent (supposedly to RMA by CCC and then to Cap 1). Recently sued by attorney, (not connected to RMA) but suing on behalf of Cap 1. Have a court date soon. Thinking I should demand trial (not mediation) and countersue all (3) parties, RMA, Cap ! and Atty. Someone is getting my money and someone is not reporting it. What are my options? Thanks.
