My question is...is the #63.228.52.57 only ONE person's service, or could it be a WHOLE city, or 1/4 of a city, or a neighborhood???

    OrgAbuseEmail: abuse@qwest.net
If they get a bunch of E-MAILS...can they PULL THE PLUG???
...or do they just say...WE MADE MONEY...SO WHAT???

    George,

There is only one person at any given time with that IP Addy.

Qest wont risk getting sued, they will just kill his service.

It is the IP assigned directly to him. Since it's a DSL, therefore static, It'll be easy to find out who
    the addy is assigned to.

I think the more emails from different people the better. They couldn't possibly ignore them.

That dude is the epitome of stupidity. Are collection agencies/collectors so upset they need to resort to this?

This is a wonderful piece of proof we are beating them at their own games :)

I wonder how far this could go...COULD THE FCC SHUT THE CA DOWN AND REMOVE ALL THE [TROLLS] TO HEADQUARTERS FOR A LITTLE TALK??? OR FINE THEM $50,000 payable to www.creditnet.com ???

If the FCC has no authority..they could pass it along to the right agency...

    :)
