Hello. I know alot of you use and recommend True Credit, so I thought you might be able to help:

I recently subscribed to True Credit's credit monitoring service. I was under the impression that with this service, you could pull updated credit reports as often as you'd like, but when I log in, my reports are dated for the 10th of the month: the day I joined. The other day, I received a response from Transunion about some disputs I'd filed last month, indicating that certain items were going to be removed from my credit report, but according to this report (from last week), they're still there.

Was I completely mistaken in believing that with True Credit, I could re-run my report every day if I want to? And if not, how do I actually do it?

When you pull up the report from the 10th, look at the gray box on the right side of the screen. Near the bottom of the box see if there is a link for "update report". Good luck!

I think they do it on purpose. ;)

Be careful of pulling that report every day or you might be cancelled for supposed "attempts to tamper with the credit reporting system" I haven't been cancelled but have heard of several people getting canned for daily pulls.

    Good luck!
