I subscribed to TrueCredit a month ago so that I could monitor my credit file. I found a couple of things that I disputed, one through TransUnion and the same item through Equifax. My dispute was valid through both companies and I immediately saw the TransUnion entry removed through TrueCredit but the Equifax entry is still there. When I access it through Equifax it's gone but still there on TrueCredit.

Any thoughts as to how to fix this? I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone at TrueCredit to ask them and I'm sure the Equifax is just going to tell me that they have taken care of it on their end.

    TrueCredit doesn't update automatically.

Look at the screen with your credit report on it. Look at the menu bar on the right side of the screen. At the top it says "Offers For You," a little further down it says "FAQ," and below that it says "Related Items." Under Related Items, click on "Update Report" and follow the instructions on the subsequent screens.

Thanks...I would never have figured that out on my own.
