I apologize in advance if this is a dumb question, but I tried to search for the answer and had no luck. I hope it's not a repost as my first post here. I signed up for Truecredit based on what I've read as a good place to do daily pulls and to get an idea of what's going on with my credit. I'm unable to figure out how to do the daily pulls though. When I click on credit reports it still shows me the same one that was pulled the day I signed up. If anyone can point me in the right direction that'd be great, the documentation on their site leaves a lot to be desired. Thanks again in advance! -Russ
on the right hand side of your CR there is a list of different things that you can do with your report. Scroll down, its either the last or the 2nd to the last option to update. It will then verify that you want to update, and then take you to your newer report. I wouldn't pull though unless you get a notice that you have an alert for possibility of split file (although some people argue about that not being able to happen - you never know). No real point in pulling it unless you get an alert anyway... hope this helps
Shadekitty, thank you so much! That's exactly what I was looking for. I feel a little slow for not seeing it, I swear I searched all over the pages! I assume (from my very limited knowledge) that you're eluding to soft pulls potentially causing a file to split? I've heard that enough soft pulls can erase hard pulls, is there any truth to that or is it just better to stay away from any type of pull?
I honestly don't know the answer to your question about the pulls because I've seen so many different responses. But in regards to finding the link - it took me a few minutes to figure out what I was doing too.. Glad to have helped
