Does anyone know th truth about what is going on with the Nextcard creditexpert site? This is the Creditexpert service offered through a deal with Nextcard. Same info as the regular CE, but through a different site. I get either a blank white screen or a message that the site "has been deactivated or temporarily suspended". My emails of two weeks ago to CE go unanswered. When I call, they tell me it is being worked on. A tech guy there at CE told me you can sign on, but it is very difficult to do so and he does not have a clue on how to do it (those were his words, not mine). Nextcard will not give me a refund and CE will not transfer me to their regular service unless I pay again. This problem is now two weeks old. All I get are promises that they are working on it.
