i have a current loan with hsbc for auto loan. i have 7, 30 day late pays because i was out of work. i tried to call them thought i could work out a deal if they removed the lates i would put my account on auto pay thought they be more than happy but the chick said some bs about once we report it its on there for 7 years and theres nothing we can do. she was an idiot. im thinking i was talking to the wrong person. any suggestions or better yet contacts for hsbc? i really thought that would work since everyone is getting repo'd now. getting this off of my credit would make a big difference
