Dave and Michael, Thanks for the great advice. I really appreciate it. Dave: I must wait until the 27th to apply at Providian (I applied in June and was denied unsecured. Should I take them up on their secured app? I thought they reported to CRA's as secured?) I will also try with Orchard next week. (I hope I have a chance). Thanks again, CR
RE: Trying to restore good cre I would take them up on their secured application. It's definately a start. How much do they want for the secured card? I have no comments on Orchard. Believe me....where there's a will, there's a way!
