TU Addresses in other States

    I have read through the posts regarding Small Claims suits. Documentation on the web regarding suing in NYC states that the business has to have an office in the five boroughs. Trans Union should have an office in NY or because they do business everywhere I am OK. For Pete's sake I am not going to West Chester PA to file a small claims suit.

    Any advice?

    File by CERTIFIED R/R mail...

    F.Y.I. another office in FULLERTON CA near DISNEYLAND...

    I appreciate the quick response George but I have to produce a local address to the city clerk for Trans Union in order to sue here in the city. I know TU has offices everywhere but I don't know how to get any other besides the PA and CA addresses.

    They have one in Buffalo.
