TU changed policy ?

    Guys.


    You can't get you TU report from TU online site unless you were denied credit. The TU DISCLOSURE thing doesn't work:

    We cannot provide a free TransUnion Personal Credit Report to you because we cannot confirm the reason that you claimed.
    If you prefer to proceed to pay for the product you are ordering, please confirm the product you have selected and then click "Next" button below


    Let me know if you guys get the same error.

    Try 30 days after you pulled your first free online
    report. =)

    I tried today and that is the message that I received.

    Yesterday it said that it couldn't provide because I already had one available.

    I have also ran into this, but I tried one of the other selections (unemployed, on public aid etc.) and still got mine. It says TU may require proof of the above, but I have never had to furnish any proof.

    Just use the number on their site for free reports and it'll be in your mailbox in about 3-5 business days.

    I chose the option of being unemployed and got a report a few days ago.
