    Wow! Way to go.

Dumb question - since you disputed more than one item at once, did you send them by letter?

I want to dispute three items tomorrow but not sure if I should send three different letters or all the letters in one envelope...

You can place up to 3 items in dispute in one letter with a CRA without raising any flags. You can also dispute online.

Well geez, the letters I sent off were only disputing one item.

Hey Mind - do you simply add two extra items on the validation letter so that all three appear on there??? Just want to make sure before attempting so as to not look dumb

Wait, don't get confused here. Validation letters are sent to CA's (collections agencies), disputes are sent to CRA's. Disputes are simply: This acc. is not mine, this acc. was never late, this acc. never went to collections, the amt. on this account is wrong, etc... you can place up to 3 items in disputes with the CRA's in one letter. Validation letters are one issue at a time.
Validation ltrs are sent to CA's and then if they don't properly validation, and you've sent the estoppel letter, and the proper amt of time has gone by, you send copies of the validation ltr, estoppel ltr, and the green cards (CRRR's) to the CRA's as proof that the CA can't validate, therefore the derog. info must be deleted.

mmm, actually, I did four disputes per letter, all these disputes were done by mail. I mailed two letter for dh and one for myself, each with about four disputes. I mailed dh's two letters about five days apart.

my hint that if they collections are with the same company you can place more per dispute letter. for instance he had four revenue systems collection so i disputed them in the same letter.
