I have a question, since I have been looking over the posts lately most people have had problems disputing TU's inquiries. Why not create a class action lawsuit against TU and force them to abide by the FCRA? Charlie
Because class actions take a looonnggg time to ever get anywhere. By the time it would settle, your inquiries would have been deleted for years. But if you're not in any rush, then a class action would be a good idea.
True it may not benefit us for current inquiries on our reports, however it would help for future inquires that we'll want deleted.
