Do you have the name of a live person at Trans Union? A collection agency CC'd me the actual request for deletion they sent to TU over a month ago that TU still has not acted on. I want to send it to a live individual who can actually act on it within a reasonable period of time. I fax'd it to ATTN: CCD (anyone know what that is?) last week and there's still no movement. Who's alive over there for this open and shut case?
