TU contact

    I've done a search and can't find a contact for anyone at TU? I got all my paperwork together and have been asking them since 1-01 to verify a debt (they don't) never got an update and then asked for a procedural description, didn't get anything. I have 6 CRR's i've sent them so far the last being 12-17-01 with intent to sue. If anyone has a contact let me know, otherwise I'm filing on them Tuesday.

    If I may ask, how did this contact help yhou in the past? Was he able to remove entries on the spot or did you send him documentation?

    I received your email and also sent him an email. He said he would forward my email to the fraud alert department. I was just curious as to how he took care of you?

    I emailed him. He replied that there was already an investigation pending. When that concluded (not to my satisfaction) I followed up with a phone call and obtained his fax. I sent him a fax that day from the creditor, it was a student loan account. He contacted the creditor and removed the collection notation from the item that day.

    I think he works on documentation only or process issues (if they don't respond in 30 days, etc.).
