Does anyone know why TU would provide one person with a dot-matrix like printout of their credit report...

..and another person would have a professionally looking laser print out...

Could it be one person (me) is being "handled" by their Consumer Affairs/Fraud department...and the other (wife) is being supported by their "normal" customer relations dept?

Any one else in the same boat...and can confirm?

I've had this happen to me. My first report looked as if it were done on a laser or high quality bubble jet, while my second report was obviously done on a dot-matrix. They didn't even include the score on the dot-matrix report, looked like something an 8 year old printed up.

    Correct...me too...NO SCORE included.

Do you have a pending litigation against them?

My case was settled out of court back in early May.

Nope, nothing pending against TU. Even if I did, they can't start blocking scores and/or reports just because someone is sueing them.

You're right, but EFX did...and continues to do so while my case is in submission...hehehe...what they (EFX) don't know is that I have another lawsuit that will be "ripe" next week when they fail to investigate a dispute on another account AND fail to provide description of investigative procedures.

TU, on the otherhand, after they were served...continued to allow me access to my reports (online), but the formatting of CR hardcopies changed to this dot-matrix crap...
