    Just got off phone with one of them and asked her to check status of dispute, still processing. Then ask to have score included with new report, this twit tells me when I get new report call back and ask for score to be sent. WTF I have you on the phone now and the report is not even on the way yet why can't I tell you know that I want the score included. She says hold and comes back and said ok I have noted your request. DUHHHHHHHHH!!!!! How much do they pay these nitwits? Peanuts.
