TU delete wrong account

    I have two account with Nissan, on one I disputed a few 30 days late. Now TU deleted the Nissan account with a perfect history (also it is 6 years old) and kept the one with a few lates. I also asked for the account to be updated (to reflect no lates).


    This dropped my score by 15 points.

    Anyone have a contact for TU and tips on best way to get this quickly resolved?

    TU is filled with nimrods!
    I disputed the pay history I had with FNBM. They deleted. FNBM sent UDF to TU twice. TU WILL NOT reinsert good pay history because FNBM didn't use the dispute response form! Good Lord!
    I had good mortgage. Never late. The account has been closed for years. I asked TU to mark it closed and provided proof. They deleted. EX and EQ updated to closed.
    By the time I am done with credit repair, I will be in 700s for EX and EQ and TU will have me in the 400s. GO FIGURE!

    I have had the EXACT same thing happen
    with TU (although a few of my credit card accts that
    vanished have suddenly reappeared.) They gave
    me the same line "it has to be on our dispute form" another time they said "the creditor has to update on tape" I never get a straight answer, but I've given up on ever seeing my auto loan report again.

    I know a lot of people here have had positive experiences with TU, but since last August I have
    raised my Ex and Eq by an average 130 points each,
    and TU always stays within the same 10 point range.

    Paying off credit cards did NOTHING. (And inquiries
    from Amex and Citi didn't lower it either) I think I
    have an assigned score.

    How can they delete an account I NEVER DISPUTED!! I can**maybe** see them deleting the account I dipsuted for late pay and not updating to never late, BUT DELETING AN ACCOUNT I NEVER DISPUTED? Where does this come from?

    Come on, this is just BS.

    Comes from vindictive and/or incompetant employees.

    EXACT same thing happened to me too. I NEVER disputed 3 positive accounts, but TU felt they should be deleted on their own. If you search you will see TU has done this to many folks here.

    I am thinking that vindictive/employee must have impressed EXP and got snatched up by Experian. Because about a week later, the same thing happened at EXP, they deleted the same account that TU deleted.

    Thanks to a very generous fellow creditnetter who once posted his TU contact, you know who you are, TU restored my positive Nissan account within two days. BUT>>>EXP will not PUT IT BACK ON! Now that is vindictive. After Nissan and MYSELF both gave them a new UDF for the account.

    I have tried to discuss this with EXP, but they just ignore me. We'll see if they still ignore me when they are served a summons for court.
