TU deleted inquiries

    I am shocked. I had called this morning to request a deletion for two inquiries from a CA. I was ready for a fight. The CA was wrongfully pursuing me to pay a debt that was not mine, and eventually TU deleted the CA account. But the two inquiries remained.

    The CA said they would send in a UDF for the inquiries to be removed, but I do not trust them.

    We had all the paperwork and dates lined up for the TU CS rep. But to our surprise, the TU rep was really very nice. She deleted on the spot. I am stunned.

    I sent in a dispute request exactly 30 days ago to EX for the same inquiries to be removed. I have a strong feeling those EX jerks are going to completely ignore my request. So typical of EX.

    Anyways, I am really impressed with TU's CS regarding their quick response to correct the wrongful inquiries.

    That's a perfect example of the difference who you get on the phone makes. My experiance was completely different. TU were a bunch of jerks and EX deleted them right then and there.
