TU deleted the ca inquiry by phone

    I called TU about this ca inquiry re: Compass Bank. I asked them who pulled it and their address. They said it was coded incorrectly making it look like TU pulled it, which is not the case. So, after speaking with his supervisor, they deleted it on the spot. I may still have a case against the ca for impermissible purpose. I'm waiting for their response on what they plan to do about it.

    Also, I got out of the Priority dep't handling. I told him that if the reason I am handled by Priority is because the company I work for has the word attorney in it, then that is pretty pathetic and I would be filing a complaint with the FTC. Again he put me on hold, came back and said ok I lifted the block and regulat customer service can now help you. I haven't tried it yet.
