I received my dispute results from TU today. I am a bit perplexed about the results of one of the TLs I disputed. On the summary page that TU sent it said "new information below" on a particular TL. The TL is not deleted but still marked as "ACCT INFO DISPUTED BY CUSTOMER" after the 30 day verification period. What kind of result is this? Isn't it either delete or verify? I guess I have to procedural request their ass. My question is, did the CA verify this without validating? Can they verify without validating by marking the item as "ACCT INFOR DISPUTED BY CUTOMER?" --Delgato
