I have read here that after you do a dispute and the CB comes back with a "send me a copy of drivers lisence and ss card", that you don't have to do that...SO..can someone direct me to the letter I send them back telling them I won't be doing this?? thanks
i would send them a copy of the dl and ss card. they're trying to verifiy your identity because they have multiple addresses, names or whatever in your file. if you don't identify yourself, they may not start an investigation as you requested. you could just put your name, ss# and dob on all correspondence if you wanted to.........
