I sent in a dispute to TU CMRRR on 9/24. They received on 9/28. I have the green card. I called TU and they have not started the investigation and say they have no knowledge of my dispute letter. Any suggestions? Does the 30 days start from 9/28, the day they received it?

30 days from the day they receive it. Time is ticking.

..thanks LKH...Should I even contact them again and see if the investigation has started or do nothing at all. The reason I am concerned about this is they labeled me a frivolous on the last dispute.
