I sent in a dispute to TU on 9/24 CMRRR. They received on 9/28. I called today and they still are saying that they haven't received a dispute from me. Now, do I do nothing and let the 30 days pass, or do I send another dispute. I have the green card, so I know they received it.
I would just wait the 30 days. If you have proof (green card) that they received it, then it's their fault if they don't investigate.
Disputed some items with TU online and called them after 7 days, they said they dont have it. Disputed again and called them after 3 days, they said they see my first dispute but not second one. Called again after 7days, they had changed everything to the disputed date of the second one.
Hi Disputer, Don't forget they have, in addition to the 30 days, an additional 5 days to send you notice of the result. I suspect you'll be getting something very soon. TU seems to comply on the last possible day, when they comply at all that is. So let us know what's up after 35 days.
