I have been calling TU all morning everytime I call you wait for like 2 mins, then a CSR rep comes on to ask for you name, ssn and phone number so they can call you back. I have said i will call you back and they said okay.

Now I call and you get this "Due to emergency conditions we cannot take your call at this time, please try your call again later"

    What is going on there?!!!!

Maybe it is system melt down and we all will have our negatives removed.

I was hoping all my student loans could never ever be found and all of them were working on finding their own positive accounts.

Now when you call it immediatley says:

Thank you for calling we are currently experiencing an interruption in telephone service.

Does this mean they did not pay their phone bill due to all the lawsuits they have lost.

Has anyone tried to pull their report online to see if it is a SYSTEM problem or just a telephone problem.
I would go and do it, but lately everytime I try to pull TU I get booted offline.

I got an online report a few hours ago with no problem.

I tried to call all day yesterday. I kept getting "we are experiencing very high call volumes, call back again another time. click" Not that it would matter--as a member of the priority club, I don't get automatic answers anyway!

I remember reading where the CRA's were sued for not providing an 800 number. Perhaps, they need to be persuaded to man these phone lines

Voodoo, I thought the same thing! Seems like the same issue to me...even if they provide an 800 number and fail to man it properly, that still screams inaccessible to me!

I tried to get my free report about an hour ago and I completed step 2, Review Your Information. The info on the screen was correct. The next screen stated they could not verify my identity. I was not asked any questions about my credit history. Now I can't try again until 9/10.

This is only the second time I have pulled my report from TU. The last time was in July.
