is the TU fax machine set to not answer after a certain time? I've been trying to fax them a deletion request for the past hour with no luck...just rings and rings each time
Yeah, it can be a real pain. I tried one day off and on from 3-10 PM. I finally got it to go through about 5:45 AM. You might want to set ye old alarm clock for an oddball hour when both coasts are alseep and give it a try.
I say this, because if the lawsuit was settled, it appears that the ca may have illegally placed this lien, unless it was done before the case settled and the ca negligently failed to remove it.
